2. How long does the placement process usually take?
The timeline varies from candidate to candidate — mostly because learning German is different for everyone. Your progress will depend on the type of course you choose (Regular, Fast Track, or Super Intensive) and how much time you can dedicate to studying.
To give you an idea, here are the average timelines for each language level:
- A1: ~3 months
- A2: ~3 months
- B1: ~3.5 months (or ~1 month in Super Intensive)
- B2: ~2 months
Most candidates reach the required B2 level in 10–12 months when following a steady learning path.
From your initial application to starting your job in Germany, the full recruitment and relocation process usually takes 14–18 months. This includes language training, document processing, visa support, and onboarding — everything you need to begin working safely and confidently.
We also provide a detailed step‑by‑step timeline on our website if you’d like a full overview.
3. What types of institutions will I be placed in?
Healthcare & Long‑Term Care Institutions
You may be placed in:
- University hospitals
- Private hospitals
- Rehabilitation centers
- Elderly care homes
- Specialized medical departments
Hospitality Institutions
We also collaborate with hospitality employers such as:
- Hotels
- Resorts
- Restaurants
- Catering and service providers
4. Do you have official partnerships with hospitals in Germany?
Yes. While we do not publicly disclose partner names to protect client confidentiality, we collaborate with a broad selection of reputable university and private hospitals as well as rehabilitation and elderly care facilities.
All current openings are shared on our website, and we ensure you are paired with the employer that best matches your profile.
5. Can you explain the recruitment process step-by-step?
Step 1: Application & First Interview with HC
After applying and submitting your CV, our team reviews your profile, expectations and invites you to a first-round interview. During this meeting, we discuss your background, motivation, and experience.
Following this interview, we share our current openings and inform you about them elaborately and you are matched with a suitable client. You will also attend a general orientation session about living and working in Germany.
Step 2: Second Interview & Job Offer
You meet your future employer in the second-round interview. This is your opportunity to learn more about the workplace, ask questions, and showcase your motivation and experience. If selected, you will receive a formal job offer.
Step 3: German Language Course (A2/B1/B2 Certification)
Once you are hired, you will begin your free German language program through our language academy.
The required language level depends on your profession:
- Healthcare & long‑term care roles: You will typically need to reach B1/B2, which usually takes around 10–12 months with consistent effort.
- Hospitality roles: For most hospitality positions, you will need to reach A2. This level is faster to achieve — on average, around 6 months, depending on the course type (Regular, Fast Track, or Super Intensive).
- All programs are designed to help you build real communication skills and prepare you for daily life and work in Germany. Once you reach the required level, you will take the official German language certification exam.
Step 4: Visa Application
After receiving your language certification of the target language level, our local HC teams assist you in preparing and submitting all required documents for your visa and brief you for the Visa interview.
Step 5: Pre‑Integration Courses
While waiting for your visa, you will participate in sessions on German culture, healthcare systems, insurance, and practical life topics to prepare for your transition and to remain in the German language.
Step 6: Flight to Germany
Once your visa is issued, we book and cover your flight to Germany. There is at no cost to you.
Especially if this is your first international travel we will ensure that you receive a proper departure briefing, so you are well prepared for your travel. When you arrive in Germany, a member of our HC team will meet you at the airport and assist you with your pickup.
All details about this process will be explained during our “Meet & Greet” session before your travel date.
6. How many intakes are available per year?
We have numerous open positions throughout the year. Candidates interested in relocating to Germany are encouraged to apply at any time, and we will identify the best available placement.
Fees & Financial Support
7. What are the fees for the program?
The entire program is completely free of charge.
As holders of the “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany” quality seal, we ensure full transparency and uphold the Employer-Pays Principle, meaning you will never be charged any recruitment or placement fees.
8. Are there any hidden charges?
No. There are no hidden, direct, or indirect charges.
All services—including recruitment, placement, language training, and support—are entirely free for candidates.
9. Is the German language course included?
Yes. The language course, learning materials, and certification exam fees (ÖSD, Telc, or Goethe) are all fully covered.
Your responsibility is to attend classes consistently and participate actively to achieve the required level.
10. Why is the program free of charge?
Germany faces a critical shortage of nursing and hospitality professionals, creating high demand for skilled international workers.
In healthcare, the need is driven by an aging population, increasing demand for medical and long‑term care services, and a retiring workforce that is not being replaced fast enough by new graduates.
In hospitality, employers are experiencing significant staffing gaps due to high turnover and a growing demand for trained service and culinary staff across hotels, restaurants, and related facilities.
We are a licensed holder of the Fair Recruitment Seal in Germany and a government‑recognized agency in India. Through this seal, we uphold ethical, transparent, and safe recruitment practices for international nursing staff. Our commitment includes fair policies such as a strict no‑fee approach for candidates and comprehensive integration support. The program is offered free of cost because ethical recruitment standards prohibit charging the candidate. Instead, the costs are borne by the employers.
We follow the Employer‑Pays Principle:
- No deposits
- No penalties
- No reimbursements
- No fees for candidates
Our role is to bridge the gap by supporting the language, recognition, and relocation process so nurses can begin working in Germany’s healthcare system, and hospitality professionals can take up roles in Germany’s expanding service sector.
Salary, Stipends & Job Security
11. What is the average salary for nurses in Germany?
Nursing salaries in Germany are regulated by law and vary based on:
- Experience
- Qualifications
- Department
- Additional allowances (night shifts, weekends, public holidays, overtimes)
12. What salary can we expect after placement?
For nursing roles, your final salary depends on your experience, qualifications, and the employer’s pay scale.
For hospitality roles, salaries follow industry standards and also vary based on your position, experience, and the employer’s wage structure.
13. Will we receive a stipend during the language training period?
No. However, the entire program—including language training—is free, so there are no financial costs during this period.
14. Is job security guaranteed after program completion?
Germany urgently needs qualified nurses, so job security is strong.
Like all employees, you must complete a six‑month probation period, after which continued employment depends on your performance evaluation.
15. Can we work part-time during the recognition period?
Yes, you can work as part-time with the confirmation of your employer, however especially at the beginning of your journey in Germany it is not recommended as you will be busy with continuous learning and the challenges of relocation. Additionally, instead of getting a potential lower paid part time job, we recommend upgrading your skills instead. Higher qualifications will also lead to a higher salary but with the same working hours. 😉
Accommodation, Travel & Visa
16. Will you help with the visa process?
Yes. We assist with every step—from scheduling appointments to preparing all necessary documents—ensuring a smooth and stress‑free visa experience.
17. Will you provide flight tickets to Germany?
Yes. We arrange and cover the cost of your flight to Germany once your visa is approved.
18. Is accommodation provided after arrival?
Yes. Either we or your employer will arrange temporary accommodation for newly arrived candidates.
The duration is limited and the associated rental costs are covered by the candidate.
19. How is accommodation arranged?
Once your visa is issued, the process starts and you will receive
- The rental agreement
- Details about rent, deposit requirements, and payment procedures
- Guidance on your obligations as a tenant
Eligibility & Agreement
20. What are the eligibility criteria?
Candidates must meet the standards required by German clinics:
- Registered Nurse in your home country
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, especially bedside care
- Willingness to learn German up to B2 level
- Willingness to relocate to Germany
For hospitality roles:
Eligibility requirements vary depending on the position and employer.
Typical criteria include relevant work experience, basic communication skills, and the willingness to learn German (usually up to A2 level) and relocate to Germany.
21. Do we need to sign any agreement?
Yes. Selected candidates sign a set of documents outlining roles, responsibilities, and program conditions. These documents ensure transparency and protect both parties.
22. Can married candidates apply?
Yes.
After obtaining professional recognition in Germany, candidates can apply for family reunification, allowing spouses and children to relocate.
Spouses and children above 16 generally need only A1-level German, and children are encouraged to learn basic German for easier integration. However, here it is important to keep in mind that your spouse will also start working in Germany and the children will go to kindergarden/school, so the better the German language skills are the easier it will be for them. We recommend that they start learning with you right away.
Onboarding & Orientation
23. Is there an orientation session before joining?
Yes.
Before officially starting the program, candidates attend an orientation session covering our processes, tools, expectations, life and work and Germany and support systems.
Language & Training
24. Do you provide German language training?
Yes. We provide complete language training along with study materials, cultural insights, and guidance for life in Germany. Once you reached Germany the learning will continue with the help of your employer on a daily basis.

We offer hybrid, face to face and online classes to match your personal situation best.
26. Do we receive a certificate after completing training?
Yes. Certificates are issued by recognized international testing centres such as ÖSD, Telc, or Goethe Institute, once you pass the final examination.
27. How many times can we attempt the examinations?
Exams are scheduled case by case, based on your progress and when both you and our team feel you’re ready.
Our goal is to help you succeed with the right preparation and timing.
28. What feedback have you received from previous batches?
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Learners appreciate the structured teaching methods, integration support, conversational practice, and the flexibility of morning and evening classes.
You can read testimonials on our blog and Instagram/LinkedIn pages.
29. Are batches assigned based on preference?
We offer two fixed batches—morning and evening.
If you miss a morning session, you may attend the evening session, as the curriculum is identical. We offer hybrid, face to face and online classes to match your personal situation best.
